Deepfakes in Education and Training Simulations
Abstract
LLMs (Large Language Models) are the large advanced AI system having been trained on huge piles of texts to grasp and generate human-like language. LLMs combined with deepfakes technology could improve education through the development of interactive learning experiences, such as AI tutors, personalized voice-narrated lessons, and involving simulations, which makes otherwise complicated topics more accessible and engaging. This paper reflects the structured methodology and how it contributes to the creation of a virtual AI educator platform that would change the paradigm of higher education and make it revolutionary. Three key components coalesce for the proposed virtual AI educator platform: a well-working, highly efficient backend built around an LLM; the module responsible for rendering deepfake and synchronizing it with the natural speech movement; and, first of all, an accessible web and mobile-based interface that the student will be working with. The mechanisms of adaptive content delivery enhance personalization due to the dynamic adjustment in the complexity of lessons based on the performance achieved by the learner. In addition, animations and diagrams break up otherwise complicated topics and therefore make learning easier. Responsible application is facilitated through transparency and data safety coupled with reducing bias will establish trust among instructors and learners. The technology has the potential to combat misinformation by providing students with interactive content that is accurate and curriculum aligned. This means providing a scalable solution to change the teaching and learning experience of higher education, and beyond through the integration of such GenAI innovations as deepfakes avatars, in the culmination of a research agenda that looks into cross-cultural implications of synthetic media in education.
