Abstract

The research aims to assess the effects of technological enablers on company performance and examine whether organizational agility and IT innovation acceptance mediate the impact that these enablers have on organizational performance. A survey questionnaire had been prepared and distributed among employees of different organizations using both online and offline methods. Insights from 320 participants were collected and analyzed by using SPSS and Smart PLS. The study assessed the reliability and validity of the data and used a structural model to test the hypotheses. The findings show that AI integration has a significant positive impact on organizational performance. However, open innovation, knowledge management practices, and IT infrastructure boost performance when influenced by mediating factors. The results have significant implications for industries where the decision-makers are required to integrate technological possibilities into their corporate structures. The insights will enable the policymakers and the leaders of organizations to formulate effective strategies to improve performance and overall development of the economy.
