Abstract

This paper proposes a TDDI, integrating display driver and touch controller to overcome the interference issue between touch and display electrodes. In addition, an analog front-end (AFE) circuit is introduced to suppress coupling noise from display, and a dedicated neural network engine is used to improve interference based on displayed image and display driving condition. The TDDI can achieve SNRs of 43.4 and 41.8 dB with white and 1 H zebra images, respectively.
