Abstract

The paper presents a multiple-phase hybrid converter with$Q$samplers. Split-$T_{0 \mathrm{N}}$control enables$V_{C F}$auto-balance and arbitrary phase counts under all-phase interleaving, while O-V$Q$samplers support$I_{\mathrm{L}}$auto-balance with minimal reduction in power density. It achieves peak efficiencies of 90.5% and 91.5% at 1 V and$1.8 \mathrm{V} V_{0}$. With 6-phase operation and ALL-ON control, the converter attains the lowest normalized undershoot. This method is extendable to other hybrid converters.
