Microgrid Frequency Control via Event Triggered Leader–Follow Game of Distributed Energy Storage Systems and Generators
Abstract
The unpredictability of generator-load areas presents challenges for regulating system frequency. To address this issue, we propose a real-time flexible frequency control strategy that manages both the governor and energy storage (ES) systems to facilitate frequency recovery in uncertainty of microgrid. Considering inherent variability of the system, we develop an advanced integral reinforcement learning method, wherein the reinforcement signal employs a Lipschitz function to navigate the constraints associated with ES control. Additionally, we enhance a novel dynamic event-triggered mechanism to reduce the frequency of control updates for the ES. Furthermore, paper introduce power partition control approach that promote the efficient use of distributed ES. A leader-follower distributed dynamic event-triggered control mechanism is established to ensure rapid convergence and precise synchronization, enabling power dispatch according to demand to reduce limited network resources. The stability of the distributed ES is confirmed through the Lyapunov theory. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the approach.
