Abstract

This letter derives improved (3s)-restricted isometry constant (RIC) conditions for the relaxed optimal thresholding pursuit (ROTP) algorithm and its partial gradient variant PGROTP. For ROTP, we show that the existing RIC condition δ3s3s3s3s3s3s< 0.31922.
