Equipment Resource Reproduction Management Based on Simulation Modeling
Abstract
The article addresses the problem of managing the reproduction of an enterprise's production capacity through maintenance and repair processes. The author moves away from the traditional perception of service processes as auxiliary and interprets them as a mechanism for replenishing the fund of available equipment operating time within the smart manufacturing concept. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to align production plans with the capabilities of repair services under conditions of dynamic equipment wear and limited resources. The paper proposes a formal model of capacity deficit, defined as the gap between the requirements of the production program and the actual residual resource of the equipment fleet. The key result is a decision support algorithm based on simulation modeling. The algorithm implements an iterative process for selecting optimal restoration actions, considering personnel and material-technical inventory constraints. The presented approach allows for a transition from rigid planning to adaptive management of production potential, ensuring the system's resilience to capacity deficits. The developed strategy matrix formalizes the choice of methods for compensating deficits depending on the level of resource shortage and time constraints.
