Crosstalk Suppression Method at the End of Multiconductor Transmission Lines Based on Crosstalk Factor Theory
Abstract
Considering the complexity and difficulty of solving the size of crosstalk capability of different transmission lines to each other in the signal transmission process of multi-conductor transmission lines, this paper proposes a new experimental method to determine the crosstalk capability of each transmission line to the other transmission lines on the basis of the theory of multi-conductor transmission lines, and names this crosstalk capability as crosstalk factor as the theoretical support for the selection of the optimal phase combination of excitation source signals of each transmission line to realize a better crosstalk suppression effect on the target transmission line. To realize better crosstalk suppression effect on the target transmission line. Through the comprehensive theoretical analysis of the influence factors of crosstalk factor, two five-wire transmission line structures, namely, parallel symmetric arrangement and bundled random arrangement, are selected for experimental verification. The study shows that the crosstalk factor can accurately express the difference in crosstalk capability between transmission lines at different frequencies. And at the target frequency, the crosstalk suppression effect on the target wire harness can reach more than 90 %, and the bundled random layout transmission line has a higher and more stable crosstalk suppression effect compared with the parallel symmetric layout transmission line.
