Abstract

As power converters advance, the demand for higher switching frequencies has grown significantly. Owing to their high-speed switching characteristics, SiC MOSFETs are poised for widespread adoption in next-generation power electronic converters. However, this capability also intensifies gate-drive crosstalk oscillations, which can severely compromise converter reliability. To address this issue, this article proposes a novel passive crosstalk suppression circuit that requires minimal additional components while offering the following advantages: it can be connected in parallel and integrated without modifying the topological structure and principle of the conventional drive circuit; it does not require additional active control; and the switching speed of the device is minimally affected. Finally, a prototype is constructed and tested in a double pulse experiment platform. The feasibility of the proposed crosstalk suppression circuit is successfully verified.
