Abstract

Data available on request from authors. Table S1: Metabolite information. Figure S1: Bubble plot of metabolite-Olink protein association analysis. The Olink markers that were significantly associated with the previously found significant metabolites (q < 0.1) were visualized using a bubble plot colored by Olink panel with lines designating significance. Large bubbles are used to denote the significant metabolites, while small bubbles are used to denote the Olink markers. Olink markers are colored by panel (immune panel: gray, inflammation panel: pink, metabolism panel: teal). Figure S2: Boxplots of Zonulin Family Peptides (ZFP) over time. ZFP tended to decrease over the course of OIT, but did not reach significance after FDR adjustment (beta = −0.328, q = 0.741).
