Abstract

Highlights Emergency neonatal transport may involve multiple high‐risk cases simultaneously, requiring rapid clinical prioritisation and moral judgement. Ethical decision‐making may conflict with deontological guidance and retrospective legal accountability. Conscience guides immediate action, while law and deontology provide protective frameworks for professional practice. Structured reflection, including dialogue with AI, can illuminate ethical priorities and decision risks without replacing human responsibility.
