Abstract

The data that support the findings of this study are available on request from the corresponding author. The data are not publicly available due to privacy or ethical restrictions. Figure S1: Flow cytometric evidence of a κ-predominant B-cell population before rituximab administration. Representative bone marrow flow cytometric plots are shown. CD2/CD19 analysis identified a CD19-positive B-cell population within the lymphoid fraction. Surface light-chain analysis showed κ predominance. Within the CD45-gated lymphoid fraction, CD19-positive cells accounted for 45.2%, and κ-positive and λ-positive cells accounted for 33.6% and 6.4%, respectively (κ:λ ratio, 5.3:1), supporting the presence of a small κ-restricted B-cell population. Table S1: Serial hemolysis-related laboratory parameters. Please note: The publisher is not responsible for the content or functionality of any supporting information supplied by the authors.
