Abstract

ABSTRACT The growing demand for piezoelectric ceramics that combine high piezoelectric performance with a high Curie temperature has become a central focus in current research. Against this backdrop, performance requirements for ceramics have become increasingly stringent. PSNZT ceramics demonstrate significant potential for high‐temperature applications. In this work, piezoelectric properties were enhanced through optimization of the sintering process and regulation of the phase structure, achieving both a high piezoelectric coefficient ( d 33 = 560 pC/N) and a high Curie temperature ( T c = 363°C). These properties were further improved by employing the viscous polymer processing (VPP) technique. By adjusting the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) concentration and sample thickness, a high piezoelectric coefficient ( d 33 = 624 pC/N) was attained at a PVA concentration of 35% and a thickness of 0.25 mm. Therefore, this study proposes an effective strategy for fabricating high‐performance piezoelectric ceramics and provides valuable insights into the synergistic optimization of polymer processing techniques and piezoelectric materials.
