Abstract
which explores the emerging role of biliary microbiome alterations and metabolomic changes in gallbladder cancer.The authors provide a comprehensive overview of a rapidly evolving field and highlight an important area of research given the aggressive nature and poor prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.We commend the authors for integrating recently published evidence and summarizing findings in a domain where detailed reviews remain limited.Although the review offers valuable insights, several methodological and interpretative aspects warrant further consideration.
