Abstract

Clinical Key Message Infants with bathing‐trunk giant congenital melanocytic nevi require vigilant multidisciplinary follow‐up, as cutaneous changes can evolve rapidly and unpredictably, often independent of neurological involvement, underscoring the need for early recognition and proactive management.
