Correction to "New Zealand Survey of the Diagnosis and Treatment Experiences of People With Upper Limb Complex Regional Pain Syndrome"

In Table 2 on page 4, the information for additional medical conditions has been shifted down by one row, resulting in all subsequent entries in that column being misaligned. This makes it incorrectly appear that 56 people had autoimmune disease, seven had diabetes, and so forth. This should instead read that 56 people had additional medical conditions, of which seven had autoimmune disease and two had diabetes, et cetera. The heading “Other” should have no associated number; entries beneath it should read that 18 people had allergies and seven had Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and continue in this manner for all remaining conditions listed in the column.
