However, upon re-evaluation of the genome assembly (hg38), the intronic nucleotide located three bases upstream of c.3874 is T, not C. Therefore, the correct nomenclature of this variant should be c.3874-3T>G. The correct version of Table 2 is provided below. We apologize for this error.
