The given and family names of the authors were incorrectly reversed in the published version, except for the second author, Tuuli Turja. The correct author names are as follows: Mira Palonen, Tuuli Turja, Mari Aaltonen, Johanna Edgren, Marja Kaunonen. The original article has now been corrected. We apologise for this error.
