Abstract

A new Eriophyidae species from Phetchaburi Province in Thailand was described. It is Ekaphyes sampantae sp. nov. on Sampantaea amentiflora (Airy Shaw) Airy Shaw (Euphorbiaceae). The new species is vagrant on both the upper and lower leaf surfaces without showing any symptoms.
