Abstract

Electronic states of bulk lithium were measured by hard x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and XPS. The samples were measured using Cr Kα and Al Kα excitation sources at 5414.8 and 1486.6 eV, respectively, including survey, Li 1s, O 1s, and F 1s spectra were obtained.
