Abstract

We have extended well-established methods of measurements of nonlinear absorptive and refractive properties of materials to improve the accuracy of measurement through a virtual imaging technique. Measurements for well characterized materials such as ZnSe and less well characterized materials such as CdMnTe and CdSiP2 will be presented.
