Beam deflection technology for frequency-shift super-resolution imaging
Abstract
Existing illumination-side modulation schemes such as structured-light and multi-point source illumination, suffer from slow imaging speeds and system complexity. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an adaptive beam deflection technology for frequency-shifted super-resolution imaging. Firstly, the phase modulation characteristics of SLM are calibrated, and the correspondence between grayscale value and phase delay is established. Then, based on grayscale coding, a periodic concentric circle phase map is generated, and beam deflection control is realized by shifting the pixel center. Finally, an experimental system is built for experimental verification. The experimental results show that when the pixel center of the periodic concentric circle phase grayscale image is shifted, the light spot deflects in the same direction accordingly. The proposed method can not only dynamically control the deflection of the beam but also obtain outgoing beams at different angles in a two-dimensional plane. Compared with other illumination methods, it has the advantages of a simple experimental system and fast response speed.
