Abstract

The rapid development of quantum computing technology has put forward demands for high power, narrow linewidth, multi-wavelength parallelism and frequency stability for high-integration quantum light sources. The current 780nm quantum light source system adopts a 1560nm laser frequency doubling technology solution, which has inherent drawbacks such as large size, high manufacturing cost, and significant power consumption. To overcome these deficiencies, this study proposes a novel quantum light source architecture based on a semiconductor external cavity feedback structure. It uses domestically developed laser chip materials and achieves the coordinated output of high power and narrow linewidth under high integration. Moreover, the frequency drift is reduced to 6MHz through MTS frequency locking technology.
