Research on optimization of standardized transportation unit pooling and sharing operation mode based on big data technology

The standardized transportation unit pooling and sharing has become a key pathway to enhance supply chain efficiency with the background of “Dual Carbon target” and “Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement”. This paper addresses the current low utilization level of standardized transportation unit pooling in China by proposing two open pooling and sharing models: "1-to-N" specialized provider-led operation mode and an "N-to-N" shared pool+intelligent network service operation mode. Besides, to operate efficiency, a three-tier operational infrastructure network optimization is established by utilizing big data techniques such as data crawling, along with recommendations for institutional safeguards. This provides theoretical and practical references for promoting the utilization and greening of logistics.
