Abstract

Complex road networks and road damage and restrictions after emergencies, which increase the difficulty of emergency supply distribution . To address this issue, this article proposes a zoning and grading strategy, different disaster severity classification in different micro-zones correspond to different emergency resource distribution strategy to meet delivery requirements. This article simulates the disaster scenario after a earthquake in Chengdu using Python. DBSCAN is used to cluster resource demand points, and noise points are processed based on the division of traffic zones to obtain reasonable micro-zoning. Next, the fuzzy logic-based evaluation method will be used to grade the disaster situation in the micro-zone, Among them, small and medium-sized adopt a cyclic resource distribution mode, while large and extra large s adopt a 1- 1 distribution mode. Differentiated resource allocation strategies are implemented based on post-disaster zoning and classification results, thereby improving the rationality of transportation in rescue operations and material distribution, as well as enhancing humanitarian considerations.
