Abstract

To address challenges in emergency scenarios such as low inspection efficiency and slow response of multi-rotor UAVs, this paper proposes a multi-factor-constrained vertical takeoff fixed-wing long-endurance UAV inspection system. The design and optimization focus on UAV configuration and aerodynamic characteristics, while developing payload equipment with built-in target detection and tracking algorithms. Additionally, to meet communication demands for long-distance inspections, the study investigates converged communication technology. This creates a unified communication unit that combines TianTong satellite signals, Beidou short message service, and 4G public networks, significantly enhancing the emergency inspection response capability of UAVs.
