Abstract

This study focuses on the design and implementation of a work-hour management system tailored to the semiconductor mold industry. The system integrates functions such as personnel, equipment, product and part management, work-hour collection, data query and statistics, and CSV export. It utilizes barcode recognition, data storage, and statistical analysis techniques to build an efficient information management platform. The server-side implementation leverages the Django framework, while the frontend uses HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The database is SQLite, and efficient data processing is achieved through ORM. The system supports employee clock-in, barcode generation, bulk import of BOM data, multicondition queries, and data export. In the BOM table parsing process, keyword recognition and dynamic field matching strategies are introduced to effectively address the issue of inconsistent table formats in actual production.
