Research on the design and optimization control of the optical storage microgrid system in industrial parks
Abstract
The planning and design of photovoltaic energy storage microgrids in industrial parks is an important research direction in energy transition. Considering the actual conditions of the 10 kV grid connection point, approximately 8 megawatts of load, and the planned installation of 12 megavolt-amperes of distributed photovoltaics, this paper proposes an optimal configuration scheme for photovoltaic energy storage microgrids that combines series and parallel connections of photovoltaic modules. By analyzing the storage ratio, emergency diesel generator capacity, and system control strategies, a simulation model was established based on MATLAB to verify the operational stability and economic viability of the system in both grid-connected and island modes. The results indicate that the model can ensure stable operation of the load, meet grid connection requirements, maximize the absorption of renewable energy, reduce purchasing costs for the park by 19.1%, and satisfy the reliability of power supply for the load. It is expected that breakeven can be achieved within six years of operation, with a return on investment reaching 12% to 15%. This scheme provides a feasible technical pathway for the green and low-carbon development of industrial parks.
