Research and implementation of quality control software for common scale standard map of DEM

DEM (Digital Elevation Model) results are a crucial foundational element in surveying projects. While some check items for DEMs can already be automated, many other quality check items remain challenging to automate. Addressing these needs, this study develops an automated quality inspection system for common scale standard map of DEMs using C#.NET platform and ArcGIS Engine components. The system achieves automated verification of multiple check items within the standard map of DEM quality inspection domain. This paper details the system's design architecture, technical implementation of functional modules, and validates its practicality through classic DEM data. Results demonstrate the system's significant application value in practical inspections.
