Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of cooperative decision-making in heterogeneous multiagent systems operating in adversarial environments by developing a simulation framework based on multi-agent modeling and discrete-event simulation. The framework integrates modules for target detection, information communication, resource allocation, and decision control to quantitatively analyze the impact mechanisms of communication link performance on overall system effectiveness. Through parametric simulation experiments, this study reveals that communication delays and compatibility issues directly affect the system’s preemptive capability by creating decision time gaps and spatial disparities, ultimately determining critical changes in resource loss rates. The research findings provide theoretical foundations and design references for optimizing communication architectures in distributed cooperative systems.
