Second-level synchronous traceability method for transmission information under multisource data fusion
Abstract
When using a synchronization and traceability method based on fixed rules, operations can only be performed according to basic time synchronization protocols and predefined rules, resulting in low reliability of traceability results. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for second-level synchronization and traceability of transmission information under multi-source data fusion. For transmission information data, the data is first cleaned using exponential moving average and bandpass filtering to address anomalies. Then, the data acquisition time window is calculated to construct an acquisition model. After standardization and dimensionality reduction, the data undergoes entity resolution and similarity extraction, followed by data fusion using a multi-source data fusion function. An architecture with clearly defined node roles is established, and a timestamp synchronization algorithm is used to achieve precise information synchronization. A traceability model and a trusted storage structure are constructed, and control mechanisms and adjustment strategies are designed to achieve second-level synchronization and traceability of transmission information. Experimental results show that the proposed method significantly improves the coverage and accuracy of traceability information and enhances the reliability of traceability results.
