Abstract

FRAME, Frequency Recognition Algorithm for Multiple Exposures is a high-speed imaging technique that captures dynamic phenomena in a single shot by exposing temporally modulated structured illumination to dynamic objects. Conventional FRAME algorithm reconstructs images by extracting desired frequency components using bandpass filters, but this inherently limits spatial resolution. In this study, we propose a novel FRAME algorithm that alleviates this constraint by removing unwanted components instead of isolating only the desired ones. This algorithm employes both Fourier and wavelet transform, eliminating ambiguity of parameter setting in image analysis. Simulation results demonstrate up to 1.68 times improvement in the spatial resolution of reconstructed images.
