Optimization of roadway support parameters of Wanli No. 1 mine
Abstract
This paper addresses the optimization of roadway support parameters for the 42207 working face in Wanli No. 1Mine, considering the geological conditions and actual production requirements of the mine. Through borehole inspection and core sampling analysis of the roof strata in the 42207 working face, detailed rock structure and mechanical parameters were obtained. Based on these data, six principles for support design were proposed: safety, economy, feasibility, scientificity, systematicity, and sustainability. On this foundation, the roadway support scheme was optimized by adjusting the spacing, pre-tightening force, and other parameters of bolts and cables, and by adopting new support materials to improve the existing support parameters that were ineffective in controlling roadway surrounding rock deformation. The optimized support scheme not only enhances the support effectiveness but also reduces support costs, increases roadway excavation speed, and improves support efficiency. The research results show that the optimized support scheme can effectively control surrounding rock deformation, ensuring long-term stability and safety of the roadway while balancing economic and construction feasibility.
