Abstract

Usual SLM (spatial light modulator) operates with a coarse pitch of the pixel of several micron order, and it seems to be very difficult to meet the space-bandwidth product condition required for reproduction of holographic projected images. Since it causes a restriction on the admissible values of the size and the viewing area of reproduced images, we have studied a mist screen system improved by temporally stable mist flow. We have examined the mist screen systems employing air curtain structure adopted one and two units of ultrasonic vibrators, respectively. In this paper, we will report that a successfully improved mist screen system employing air curtain structure adopted two ultrasonic vibrators is performed. A basic study to improve temporal stability of the mist screen system employing air curtain structure derived from spray nozzle is discussed.
