Abstract

To enhance port resource utilization and vessel satisfaction, a multi-objective scheduling optimization method for berths is proposed. A model is constructed with the objectives of minimizing the variance of waiting time, the waiting time of emergency vessels, and the port service time. A Dynamic Weight-adjusting Mixed Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm (DWM-MOEA) is designed, integrating multiple frameworks and employing greedy initialization, weight transformation, and adaptive mutation. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm outperforms comparative algorithms under different scenarios, providing superior scheduling schemes for ports.
