Abstract

In order to optimize the public transport service in tourist cities, this study proposes a tourism public transport route planning method integrating multi-objective optimization and comprehensive evaluation, taking 11 scenic spots in Xi'an core tourist area as the object. The entropy weight method is used to quantify the comprehensive weight of scenic spots, and an optimization model with the minimum construction funds, the optimal accessibility of the road network and the minimum vulnerability of the road network as the objectives is constructed. The Pareto optimal solution set is solved by using NSGA-II algorithm. The empirical results show that this method can generate candidate schemes to meet different needs, reduce construction costs, and ensure the efficiency and stability of the public transport network, which has practical value for improving public transport services in tourist cities and promoting sustainable tourism development.
