Abstract

This study aims to establish a digital management system for highway assets. Focusing on asset analysis, data processing, platform architecture, and implementation, we developed a platform leveraging BIM, GIS, and data mining technologies to enable multi-dimensional visualization. Utilizing interactive 3D real-scene maps, intelligent dashboards, and rich graphical tools, the platform constructs a “unified digital map” covering the entire highway network. This facilitates refined, digitalized, and full lifecycle management of highway assets, supporting the digital transformation and high-quality development of transportation infrastructure.
