Belt conveyor monitoring system based on distributed optical fiber multiparameters
Abstract
As the main transportation equipment in coal mine, the safe and stable operation of belt conveyor is closely related to production. In order to improve the production and operation safety of underground mine belt conveyor, based on the principle of distributed optical fiber detection, a distributed optical fiber multi-parameter monitoring system for belt conveyor in Luxi coal mine was constructed. Distributed temperature monitoring and vibration detection are realized based on the principle of optical fiber scattering. The monitoring accuracy and temperature of distributed optical fiber can be controlled within 1℃, and the vibration positioning accuracy of distributed optical fiber is less than 1m. Through the distributed optical fiber vibration and positioning accuracy, the vibration distribution along the belt conveyor can be known, and whether the belt conveyor is in operation can be detected. Temperature detection can set the early warning temperature in different areas, realize the distributed fire warning function of belt conveyor in different positions, and focus on monitoring key positions such as motors and rollers. The combination of the two can improve the reliability of monitoring and early warning, realize the distributed and continuous monitoring of the whole transportation lane without blind spots, and realize the real-time detection of the state of the belt conveyor.
