Abstract

With the advancement of energy transformation, the development of new power systems, and the promotion of dual carbon goals, digital technology has become a crucial support for the intelligent development of the power industry. The construction of scientific research datasets in the power industry can provide empirical data for scientific research and innovation, thereby providing core support for the digital and intelligent development of the power industry. This article explores the process and methods of constructing scientific research datasets from five aspects: demand research and analysis, data collection and integration, data annotation and enhancement, dataset verification and evaluation, and data security considerations, providing a reference for the construction of power scientific research datasets.
