Abstract

The application of virtual reality (VR) technology in sports training is becoming increasingly widespread. This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of VR in Sanda training. A specialized VR training system was designed, anda12-week comparative experiment was conducted to analyze the impact of VR on athletes' technical movements, tactical awareness, and psychological qualities. The data showed that the VR training group made significant progress in movement accuracy, speed, and power compared to the traditional training group. Additionally, the VR system effectively improved athletes' tactical decision-making ability and pressure coping level, while increasing training efficiency and reducing injury risk. These findings provide new insights for innovative Sanda training methods and highlight the value of VR technology in sports training.
