Abstract

The Suirugi East X re-injection station is confronted with problems such as complex water sources from the upstream gathering stations, large fluctuations in production volume, and inconsistent water quality, which result in excessive oil content and suspended solids in the reinjected water, increased risks of pipeline corrosion and scaling, and severely affect the efficient operation of the equipment. This paper takes the Su Dong X reinjection station as the research object. Through the analysis of water quality characteristics and scaling risk prediction, as well as the evaluation of agent performance and compatibility tests, a decision-making model for mixed water quality and drug addition schemes was established, and drug injection schemes suitable for different water qualities were formed. Field application shows that the imported water quality indicators for reinjection have been fully met for 90 consecutive days, and the corrosion rate has decreased to 0.018 mm/a, providing technical reference for similar produced water treatment.
