Abstract

This paper proposes that taking advantages of the physical process of WO3 noble metal composite film material system which reduce the macromolecular organic matter in seawater to improve the photoelectric detection efficiency, and then transform the disadvantage of complex channel into the advantage of photoelectric detection. In this paper, the preparation process of WO3 nanorods and WO3/Pt composite film was explored. The optimized preparation process of WO3/Pt composite film was revealed, and the potential advantages of the composite film structure in the field of submarine optical communication were verified by experiments.
