Abstract

This article introduces the analysis process of temperature consistency of Phased-array radar T/R components in a certain antenna array, carries out optimization simulation analysis and calculation of component cold plates, and simulates the flow distribution characteristics of the array liquid cooled frame. The specific flow distribution values of each T/R component slot in the array liquid cooled frame are obtained. On this basis, the heat transfer performance simulation of the component cold plate under flow boundary conditions was carried out, and the temperature difference values of the T/R module's receiving and transmitting channel modules were finally obtained. The analysis results show that the flow distribution difference of the T/R module in this array is about ± 10%, and the temperature difference value of the T/R module's receiving and transmitting channels caused by the flow difference is 8.4 ℃, which meets the requirements of the channel temperature difference index.
