Abstract

In order to detect the residual stress of the oil and gas long-distance pipeline at the wall of the pipeline in a complex service environment, this paper uses a portable stress testing device μ-X360s. In the measurement of X-ray residual stress, this paper introduces the precision full two-dimensional detector technology, and discusses its principle and application method. The technical points of application of the stress detection system for long-distance oil and gas pipelines are summarized. The engineering application conditions of the full two-dimensional detector X-ray stress detection system are analyzed. The engineering application of the new portable X stress tester in the detection of long-distance pipelines is realized. It provides a simple and efficient test method for the residual stress level detection of long-distance pipeline.
