Abstract

This paper focuses on the long-term service safety issues of natural gas transmission pipeline. Based on the research of evaluation technology methods, it analyzes and summarizes the main risk influencing factors of pipelines during long-term operation. It establishes the risk evaluation index system and evaluation model by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process, and conducts trial calculations. At the same time, in combination with the applicability evaluation of location class changes of transmission pipeline and the requirements of risk acceptability, a method system for evaluating the long-term service safety status of natural gas transmission pipeline has been formed. This method can be used to guide the safety assessment of long-cycle operating pipelines under the expected service demand, filling the industry gap.
