Structural design and implementation of a new type of finger-clamp corn planter
Abstract
With the progress of agricultural modernization, as an important food crop, the sowing efficiency and quality of corn are directly related to food security and agricultural production benefits. Traditional mechanical corn seeders have problems such as missed seeding and repeated seeding, making it difficult to meet the needs of modern agriculture for precision seeding. In response to this situation, this paper designs and develops a new type of finger - clip corn seeder. Through the innovative design and optimization of core components such as the seed metering device, furrow opener, and soil covering and compaction device, combined with mechanical calculation and virtual simulation technology, the operation performance of the seeder is significantly improved, significantly improving the operational performance of the seeder, thereby providing robust technical support for the advancement of smart agriculture.
