Abstract

With the rapid development of aerospace technology, pipeline systems in aerospace test rigs face significant stress challenges under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. To ensure the safety and stability of these systems, pipeline stress analysis and design optimization have become crucial. This paper focuses on the pipeline system of a specific aerospace test rig. Through stress analysis under various operating conditions, the stress behavior of the pipeline system in actual operation is evaluated. An optimization solution integrating compensator design is proposed. The study reveals that the pipeline system experiences excessive secondary stresses under certain conditions. After the incorporation of compensators, pipeline stresses are effectively controlled, and support reactions are significantly reduced. The system design meets the optimization requirements. This research provides theoretical and technical guidance for the stress analysis and design optimization of aerospace test rig pipeline systems.
