Abstract

Effectiveness evaluation is the core basis for the planning, design and application of aviation support equipment. Traditional ADC models mainly focus on availability, credibility and inherent capability when evaluating equipment effectiveness, but the external environmental factors are insufficiently considered in practical applications. An improved ADC model is proposed in this paper. By introducing external variables such as terrain conditions, meteorological factors and human environment, and combining with AHP, a multi-level evaluation index system of aviation support equipment effectiveness is established. Through the comprehensive calculation of availability vector, credibility matrix, capability vector and environmental factor vector, the model quantifies the effectiveness of the equipment under different conditions, and takes a helicopter supporting equipment as an example to verify. The results show that the improved model can more fully reflect the comprehensive support efficiency of equipment in actual combat background, which provides theoretical support for optimizing equipment configuration and improving maintenance support capability.
