Abstract

Building upon the application of artificial intelligence and intelligent algorithms in complex industrial process control, this study proposes a generalized predictive fuzzy control (GPC-Fuzzy) strategy tailored for the extraction and concentration process of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the synergistic coupling of process modeling, predictive computation, and fuzzy reasoning, the strategy achieves dynamic adaptive regulation of temperature control. A system simulation model was established using the MATLAB/Simulink platform and validated through comparison with PID and GPC control strategies. Results demonstrate significant advantages in steady-state error, overshoot, and energy consumption. This control method effectively suppresses temperature fluctuations and system time delays, enabling precise control of complex thermal processes and providing a feasible intelligent control solution for traditional Chinese medicine production.
