Optimization method for multidomain collaborative control in IPv6-oriented smart substations
Abstract
To address the requirements for deterministic latency and cross-domain coordination consistency in multi-domain control chains for smart substations, this paper constructs an IPv6-based multi-domain collaborative control optimization framework. It enhances the coordination efficiency among the process domain, bay domain, and station control domain through a unified flow-level scheduling mechanism and explicit path control strategy. At the method level, IPv6 Flow Labels are utilized to encode the priority, temporal constraints, and inter-domain dependencies of control services, enabling identifiable scheduling of cross-domain services at the network layer. At the control logic layer, a tri-domain coordination relationship model is established, eliminating cross-domain offsets in action chains through state sharing and logic triggering mechanisms. At the path orchestration layer, SRv6 is introduced to generate optimal SID lists based on delay cost functions, ensuring deterministic paths for critical control flows. Overall reliability is enhanced through link probing, redundant bypasses, and state consistency verification. The experimental platform comprises process domain sampling devices, bay domain interlocking equipment, and station control domain policy units. Comparative testing with IPv6/SRv6 routers and programmable switching equipment demonstrates superior performance over traditional approaches in end-to-end delay, jitter amplitude, convergence time, and link disturbance recovery capability. This confirms the constructed coordination mechanism significantly enhances the stability and determinism of multidomain control chains.
